​I recently contacted Your Space Self Storage in Abingdon looking for a very specific combination of unit: a particular size that turned out not to be available at the time and ideally a ground floor unit.
​While I wasn't able to secure a space that met my needs on this occasion, I felt compelled to leave a five-star review based purely on the phenomenal customer service I received.
​The staff was incredibly polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to listen to my requirements, thoroughly check their availability, and even offer alternatives and future options. They handled my enquiry with patience and a positive attitude.
​If their service is this good for someone who didn't end up renting a space, I can only imagine the quality of support you'd receive as a customer. Highly recommended for their outstanding staff!

I’ve used Your Space on a long term basis and, although I have just cleared my unit, will definitely use them again should I need to.

The staff are always courteous and helpful, the premises are always clean and tidy. They also stock an array of packing materials and equipment in case you run out.

All in all, it was a very good experience.

Really communicative and friendly staff on phone and on the site in Newbury, used the services for 3 months, was great value so was pleased about that. The site was clean and tidy and easy for moving lots of boxes to and from both a van and car. Will use them again if I need storage in the area.

There is a selection of unit sizes so, over the years we have been able to adapt for the growth of our business. The staff are very polite and helpful, always willing to help with any problems. The building is kept clean and tidy. Over the 12 years that we have been using Your Space we have never had a reason to complain.

The staff at the Abingdon branch (John in particular) are very friendly and helpful, and e-mail queries are always answered promptly.
The facility is dry and clean.
The only thing I would change is the opening hours which could be a bit longer, especially at weekends.
