This watch has fantastic coverage and I reassures me to know I can call for help even in remote locations.

I have 2 quibbles. Firstly the fall alert is very sensitive and I cannot clap my hand without activating it. Secondly,
I find I need to charge my watch everyday and that leaves me without the watch while it recharges.
Overall though I am very satisfied

The alarm is answered quickly, the operators have been courteous and answered any query. The online page is also informative and great that you can change things there.

Recieved watch promptly. Made test call which was answered within a minute. We have fall detect which was activated when my mother was vigorously shaking washing. Easily cancelled. Another test call was activated on Sunday evening. This was again answered within a minute. So really pleased at this time.

Very satisfied with my watch from YourStride. Maybe a little too sensitive if you are like me very active. But for those who are not it will be perfect.

So far so good! Watch is light, wearable and comfy, it's well designed and works well, battery life is good, customer service is excellent.

I have had my Yourstride watch for 6weeks now, and so far I am very happy with it. The Support Line is very helpful and fortunately I have not had to use it yet. However, I do feel more confident when I’m out alone, and that is very comforting, so many thanks from me on such a useful piece of equipment.

Easy to manage and to use. Helpful call centre. Only slight carp is battery needs charging quite often. Otherwise all great

From initial ordering to receiving my watch the whole process was easy

Haven’t had my watch long but I find my B. P. Results and H. B very handy to know as I have a heart problem.,, My family find it reassuring in case I fail as I live on my own since losing their father .
