My child loves the product! It is great however YSN are not learning from their mistakes. See other reviews about products going out of stock last year. As a subscriber I would expect that they hold enough stock for the subscriptions to cover any shortage in manufacturing. However what happens is they take your money and then say it is delayed. These are basics that need to be addressed as life is busy enough without chasing products we have paid for on a planned delivery schedule.
1 star is about the company and not the product, the product would be 5 stars.

My son was very impressed by the Chocolate shake and the bars. Having tried several other brands he commented on the taste and how it surprised him how nice they tasted as other products are tolerable but not the nicest. He is really enjoying the Shakes, Bars and Gummies.

Adam always replies and is polite and helpful. Any queries I have had have always been dealt with. Would recommend 😊

The best tasting shakes with good texture. Enjoyed by my 10 year old elite gymnast and tolerated by my most picky eater, aged 8. Both boys have had a significant improvement in energy levels throughout the school day & going into nightly training. The best customer service I have had the pleasure of dealing with. We recommend these shakes to everyone at training & comps.

My son is living the shakes and we are now ordering more.

My son Fynn is 13 and is a multi-event athlete competing at National level in Pentathlon. He also plays competitively in Rugby Union and Rugby League.

He has a very intense fitness routine. Managing that level of training between track and field events, rugby training, games and gym sessions requires a huge amount of energy and discipline. Using Nutri-Teen shakes and bars to fuel his body is a smart way to bridge the gap when time is tight, especially during a gruelling all-day pentathlon competition. Trustful products, great taste

I buy these cereal bars for my grandaughter, and she loves them, she is under a dietitican who has recommended her to keep eating them, so they are really good for her, really easy to order and great customer service - rare these days - so such a pleasure to find a company that is so personable

Easy to use product for a busy household and an athlete that is training 6/7 days.
Having the multi vitamin in the morning ensures she is getting all the goodness she needs.
As a busy working Mum it's great to know that the shake options can be had on the go.
Ruby has really enjoyed the taste and adding milk as a mixing preference creates a smooth milkshake vibe!

I love NutriTeen and the team @YSN.
They genuinely have a passion for helping to fuel our young athlete's, and as a Nutritional Therapist working with families, I always recommend their products. I use them with my 2 active kids and the products fit so well into our busy lifestyles with a good diet. It's not always easy to make time for eating well, and fueling sporty children correctly can be a real issue. At least I can know I'm giving my kids the best foundation for their nutrition.
Their customer service is great too, after our local foxes decided to take a liking to our recent delivery, YSN replaced the entire order!

When my order arrived and one of the bags had been damaged in the post, the replacement was sent quickly and with an apology. I've placed multiple orders as my son loves the milkshakes, and I feel it's a company that prioritises customer service.

Fantastic customer service, I made a mistake with ordering but contacted customer support (Adam) who immediately reimbursed me without any issues. Great products for my two active teenagers.
