I have been using Yoycol services for…
I have been using Yoycol services for several years now and have found their products to be of high quality and reasonably priced. I have two criteria to judge POD fullfilment companies. Number 1 is how happy my customers are with their product. I have never had a single complaint. Number 2 is downtime and technical support. I have never had any issue with being able to publish from Yoycol except the one time when ETSY updated it's software integration. Yoycol was the first company to update their own software. I appreciate that very much. Anytime I have had to speak to tech support they have always went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue, even if it was one were I was being stupid. :-)

Could be great. PRO - The business is nice the items variety is awesome, the AI models brilliant, the customers service nice even they don't have all the answers, the 3D design very good.
CONS- The Shipping could be better and cheaper, at the moment delivery or big order shipping costs are massive. the synthetic materials looks shine and glossy no good for western taste, even they are good they looks cheap.
When the base fabric is white and you make it dark the stitching looks very bad, you see the original white base beneath.
There is a lost of 15-20% in luminosity from design to product and some saturation as well, when the clothes are printed, even I use CMYK to calibrate the graphics.
The link with E-bay and Amazon could be way better, they are missing data transfer that cause link problem, force me to use Shopify and rise the cost.
The base item colour is white with some item it cause results problem, Yoycol is in the right direction, to destroy competition, could be great!

Easy-to-use design tools for all-over printed clothes
They have a wide array of printable clothing. The tools to apply designs to your shirts/pants/dresses are easy to use. They have a number of items that are cotton or cotton-blend, which many other services lack. Yoycol design tools are great.
That being said, the sizing is problematic. The labels use Asian sizing, which doesn’t match U.S. sizing—for example, an Asian Large can fit more like a U.S. Medium or even Small. It would be very helpful if Yoycol PRINTED the U.S. equivalents ON THE LABELS to make choosing the right size easier. (A chart is just not going to cut it!)

Great business with one opportunity for improvement
Yoycol has been great for me and has made it possible for me to start a business and make more money than I ever thought I could.
The only reason I have not rated them as a 5 star company is the difficulty I have with their shipping process. I never know who will be the carrier for a package, and therefore cannot do anything about whether my customers actually get their packages in a timely manner, if at all. I have personally picked up all of the cost for lost packages so far.

Taxes were outrageous
Taxes were outrageous - nearly a 70% tax rate was what they charged me. Because the product was so affordable , I was going to try to make it work, then I was charged another fee to get it into the US through DHL. Not Yoycol’s fault, but it really ate into any profit I was expecting to make. Shipping charge was a bit expensive, but what I expected. Overall it was not worth it. I will not be ordering again for this reason. It took me about 4 weeks to receive my order. Long, but I accounted for this. Overall the product quality was good. I had no issues with product quality, as I had ordered samples before placing a bulk order. I just can’t get over the 70% tax they charged me on my order. After it was all said and done my cost of goods for one item went from $10 to $30.

Fantastic Reliable Partner: Quick Production, Fast Shipping, and Great Support
I’ve been using Trystpilot for my Etsy business for years now, and they’ve become my main manufacturer in China. They are absolutely great to work with.
Whenever an issue comes up with an order, package lost, item arrives damed etc. (which has been very rare, maybe say 10 times out of hundreds of orders in the last two years, which is normal, we are humans and errors are bound to happen occasionally), all I have to do is contact them on WhatsApp. They reply super fast and immediately resolve the problem, either by sending a replacement or compensating me, depending on what my customer prefers.
Their manufacturing is fast, shipping is quick, and their customer service is excellent. I truly appreciate how reliable they’ve been.
They also have a huge catalogue of products to choose from, which makes it easy to expand my shop with new items. No matter what I’m looking for, they almost always have options available.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy manufacturer. ✌️
