I ordered the ambient pedal. The Chinese company says that it delivered however I work from home and was here the day. They say it delivered and it did not come now I’m getting the runaround.

Totally unrealable no customer service .. just recieving the same old same long winded Gmail replys ( all pre planned dribble) no common decency towards paying customers .... don't even receive what I ordered this goes back to the first week of April ... normally it's ... company policy .. so sorry for your shopping experience ..we totally agree you are upset but we very busy with our orders . my team will look into your case ..... and then they say ..if you got any more enquiries don't hesitate to get back to us many thanks .blah blah blah send money .. don't even get my order then keep the money ....I suppose this is (normal) scamming procedures!!💯🤬

Awful in every possible way. They sent me the wrong product and now 3 weeks after contacting them about it I have still not received the correct product or a refund. Just don't.

This cimoany are scam artists. They take your money send a cheap item and tell you your item is delivered
3 months down the line and there “customer services” are still dealing with this

Unfortunately, you can't leave negative stars. I have never received the corner clamps I ordered. Apparently, their logistics provider keeps failing to deliver for unknown reasons. Perhaps it's because they don't know how to use a globe? One report said that they had successfully delivered the item to Germany, but couldn't deliver it locally. This is no doubt because I don't live in Germany, and Germany is quite far from Canada, where I actually do live. Never again will I trust this company or any other on-line company I've never heard of. I will always look for reviews first. The one surprising thing is that they keep responding to my emails (at least so far). I wonder how long they're going to keep up this charade?

Scam, ordered ambient guitar pedal, recieved different product, cheap knock off . No contact from company via email. Do not order from them.

Paid for an ambient guitar pedal and received an incredibly cheap distortion pedal. Scam and classic bait and switch. First time scammed. Do not buy anything from this company!!!

Unfortunately there isn't a 'no star' rating so I had to leave 1 star but this is too high. I ordered a masking tape tool from Yucrate and had a very poor experience. The item I received was not as described and was of significantly lower quality than expected. It did not match the images or description on the website. I contacted customer service but after numerous emails they just sent stalling email responses.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend not to purchase anything from this company.

Product received was not what I ordered. After 16 emails over a month, refund/return refused because the packaging was damaged in transit. Product was undamaged, just not what I ordered.

Scam don't buy anything there, absolutely rubbish items, didn't even receive what was ordered, no contact with customer service if ever exists 😑

Ordered a pair of corner clamps; they sent a single straight line clamp. Ordered a double side cut masking tape dispenser; they sent a crappy el cheapo version, nothing like their website picture which is available for a couple of quid off AliExpress (but charged me 20 for it!) Emailed to complain but after seeing a similar review, I'm just going to file a chargeback with my card company. Another FB scam website I'm afraid.

I ordered and paid for a pair of corner clamps for woodworking. After a 10 day wait I receive a pair of very bad quality ordinary clamps, not corner clamps. After an exchange of emails and photos I finally got them to admit that they messed up. It’s now been over 5 weeks and my money is gone and nothing has been done except they sent a couple of very silly emails saying not to worry. A scam!
