I really wanted this to work
I really wanted this to work, but unfortunately my experience with Yuna Pro has been very disappointing.
After purchasing in December, I was never able to successfully connect the software to my account, which made the product unusable from the start. I reached out to support multiple times for help or to cancel, but only received generic responses that didn’t resolve anything.
During this time, I also had a family medical emergency that required urgent international travel, which delayed my ability to follow up immediately. Despite explaining this, the company still attempted to hold me to a full-year charge, even though I reached out to cancel in February and had not been able to use the product at all.
As I looked further into the product, I became increasingly concerned about the potential risks. From what I understand, the way the software operates may conflict with Meta’s platform guidelines around authentic engagement, which could put accounts at risk. For anyone running a business on these platforms, that’s not something to take lightly.
I would also encourage others to be cautious when purchasing through affiliates. I later learned that commissions can be substantial (reportedly around $500), which is worth keeping in mind when evaluating recommendations and understanding potential incentives.
I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this directly, but was unable to receive meaningful support or a refund.
Overall, I did not receive a functional product or a fair resolution, and I would not feel comfortable recommending this service based on my experience.
