⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Experience with Yuusr
I would like to say a huge thank you to Yuusr and, in particular, Brother Ahmed, for all his help and support with our recent Umrah trip. 🤍
Initially, our flights with Wizz Air were cancelled, but Brother Ahmed helped us rearrange everything with another airline so we could still make our journey for Umrah. Then, on our return journey just last week, our flights were cancelled while we were due to transit through Riyadh. This could have been a very stressful situation, but Brother Ahmed was incredibly quick to respond and managed to rebook us onto a Qatar Airways flight that same Saturday evening, the very day we were supposed to fly home!
What really stood out to me was that Brother Ahmed also checked in on us while we were in Saudi Arabia to make sure everything was going smoothly. That personal touch meant so much to us.
Throughout the unexpected changes and challenges, he was responsive, helpful and reassuring. I truly appreciate the effort he made to ensure we could complete our journey and return home safely.
May Allah reward Brother Ahmed and the whole Yuusr team for their kindness, dedication and excellent customer service. May Allah place barakah in their business and grant them continued success. Ameen. 🤲🏼
I would highly recommend Yuusr to anyone planning their Umrah. JazakAllah khair for looking after us and helping make our Umrah journey possible. May Allah invite us all back to His blessed house again. ❤️

I recently returned from Umrah Alhamdulillah. Booked through Yuusr they were amazing no issues. Huge thanks to brother Ahmed for rescheduling our flights which was initially with wizz air as we were quite stressed what was going to happen. He was very supportive and efficient had no issues during our stay also arranged our transportation from airport to hotel and on our return. When we contacted from Saudi he was very quick to respond to our messages which was highly appreciated. Amazing experience may Allah give Barakah in their business for supporting people with such a rewarding experience. I have also referred my neighbour who is planning their Umrah Inshaa Allah.

I had a wonderful experience with Yuusr when booking Umrah. Their service was excellent from start to finish, and the whole process was smooth, organised and stress-free. May Allah reward the team for their hard work and for helping Muslims make such a special and spiritual journey. Everything was handled professionally, and I truly appreciate the support and care provided throughout the process.

Great customer service. Booked with them twice now and inshallah will use again next year. Easy to use website. Flexible on customer needs.

Asalamaleykum, I have recently booked the umrah package through Yuusr.com, I found them on instagram, this was my first time to book the package, i actually was afraid to book because it was only online communications, but everything was smooth and trusted in online communications and amount processing and handling staff was Profetional, I have got full package like hotel and flight return and transportation, what they promised they delivered everything, and one more thing all other travel agencies they only give 10 kg hand luggage, but Yuusr.com give me 25 kg check in and 7 Kg hand baggage, also flights standard Ethihad airways, and more important information Yuusr staff will be available all the time on what’s up communication, if we need any help or any kind of assistance they are lawyers helpful and available, overall I am very thankful to Yuusr.com, and I am very happy to book with Yuusr.com.

I have booked the staff with Ms. Youmna she was very helpful and great staff, thank you.

Also mainly what I wanted to inform here don’t worry about online booking and amount you can trust this company and book the package.

شكرا لكم على حسن تعاونكم . لقد كانت رحلة ممتازة كانت رحلة الأحلام والأمنيات والصفاء الروحي . كانت خدماتكم ممتازة فشكرا لكم مرة أخرى.

After spending days trying to organise our family’s Umrah ourselves, I honestly wish we’d found Yuusr sooner.

Like many people, I initially thought booking independently would save money. I had countless browser tabs open comparing flights and hotels, even creating a spreadsheet to work out the cheapest combinations. We couldn’t decide whether to start in Makkah or Madinah, which hotels to choose, how close we wanted to be to the Haram, or how to get everything to line up. It quickly became overwhelming.

A friend mentioned Yuusr after seeing them on Instagram. I’ll admit I was sceptical at first. I assumed using a travel company would simply cost more, and if I wanted an agent I could have found one myself. I only visited their website to get some ideas.

Within minutes, my opinion completely changed.

The booking process was incredibly intuitive. Everything followed a logical flow: Makkah or Madinah first, how many nights in each city, preferred walking distance to the Haram, transport options, visas and more. The website is exceptionally easy to use, especially on a mobile phone.

The biggest surprise? The total package price was actually less than the total I’d calculated myself by booking flights and hotels separately. That made the decision very easy.

Although Yuusr is a relatively new brand, I soon discovered the team behind it has many years of experience organising Hajj and Umrah journeys. They’re also ATOL and ABTA protected, which gave us additional reassurance.

Then came the real test.

Just weeks before we were due to travel, the conflict involving Israel, the US and Iran escalated, causing disruption and flight cancellations across the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia. Naturally, this was an anxious time for our family.

Throughout it all, the Yuusr team were outstanding. They kept us informed with proactive WhatsApp messages and phone calls rather than leaving us wondering what was happening.

Alhamdulillah, we completed our Umrah, but on our return journey our Wizz Air flight from Madinah was cancelled due to the conflict with no clear indication of when flights would resume.

Without us having to chase anyone, Brother Ahmed from Yuusr immediately contacted our hotel and arranged an extra night’s accommodation. When it became clear the flights from Madinah weren’t restarting, he went even further and booked replacement flights home from Jeddah to London using his own funds, telling us he would sort out the reimbursement with Wizz Air himself. That level of service and care is incredibly rare.

It’s difficult to put into words just how grateful my family and I are. Throughout the whole experience, we genuinely felt looked after, especially during what was an uncertain and stressful situation.

Yuusr truly lived up to its name by making the whole journey one of ease.

May Allah (SWT) put immense barakah in the business, reward Brother Ahmed and the entire Yuusr team for their sincerity and service, and grant them and their families goodness in this life and the next. Ameen.

I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Yuusr again, and I’ve already recommended them to family and friends. If you’re considering booking Umrah, I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

i have had the best experience and really enjoyed it and was educational. i would want to experience again in the future.

My experience was a knowledgeable, helpful and professional.

Great Way to actually compare prices and book umrah packages, I used it to book an umrah package from London

I had a wonderful experience with Yuusr in April Umrah Tour. They guided us all the way through our journey. Special thanks to Walid, Ahmed Hassan and Abdul Wahab for the arrangements. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service would recommend anytime for umrah..

I had an amazing experience with yuusr.com for my Umrah package. From the very beginning, the support and communication were excellent. Brother Walid was especially helpful — he answered all of my questions clearly and was always available to help at every step of the process. Everything was explained properly, and it made the entire Umrah journey smooth, stress-free, and truly special. I’m very grateful for the care and professionalism shown, and I highly recommend yuusr.com to anyone planning their Umrah.

We went for umrah last week with our daughter and two grandchildren aged 9 and 7. The price that covered flights and accommodation was extremely reasonable and the hotels given were brilliant. The company representative was available to answer any questions we had . We were so impressed by their services that we would go with them every time we have to go for Umrah. I would recommend this company to anyone who wishes to go for Umrah/Hajj.

We recently had the immense blessing of performing Umrah, and we truly could not have asked for a better experience, all thanks to our incredible travel guide, Saida. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfectly arranged and that we felt cared for, informed, and completely at ease throughout the journey.

Saida’s attention to detail and thoughtful planning stood out in every part of the trip. She made sure we had all the necessary information about our hotels, our travel group, and the itinerary, and the organisers came to the airport themselves to help us install eSIMs on our phones. That simple gesture made a huge difference allowing us to travel independently, stay connected with our families, and feel safe and secure, especially as a group of women.

The accommodations arranged were top quality, and every excursion was beautifully organised with lovely service and care. A particular highlight was the free Ziyarat tour, guided by someone who was both deeply knowledgeable and inspiring, giving us spiritual insight that added so much meaning to our journey.

Throughout it all, Saida was not just a guide she was like a friend and sister. Kind, patient, caring, and always available, she answered every question with a smile and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Whether it was checking in on us, ensuring we were ready for each day, or just being a calming presence, her support made this trip unforgettable.

I wholeheartedly recommend travelling with Saida to everyone, and especially to women you will feel safe, supported, and so well looked after. This was more than just a trip; it was a deeply meaningful experience made possible by someone who truly cares. Thank you, Saida, may you continue to help many others experience this blessed journey.
