I recently bought my first house from Yvonne Fitzgerald. The whole team were very helpful and straightforward during the whole process. I came up to Caithness from Argyll so it was really helpful that they let me book a bunch of viewings all in the same week while I was here.

I went to Yvonne’s solely on her reputation to sell houses fast and I was not disappointed. I stopped by the office and within an hour I had a phone call from Yvonne , we had a general chat and gave me a guide price of what she thought the property was worth.

Three days later she was at my property to take all the photos and video walkthrough. You can tell from Yvonne straight away that she is proactive and wants things to get done asap!! I signed the contract and waited for the home report value to come through.

Once the home report was through Yvonne had my property up on the market straight away on her Facebook page, web site and internet property sites.

A few days later I excepted an offer on my property over the value which I was very happy about.

It was a long drawn out process as my buyer took a long time to get his mortgage possibly due to the current economic climate.

Yvonne’s staff at the office were always only a phone call away and I had to request a few bits of information from them and they were always very polite and helpful.
