This company sold a jacket under false pretenses. They advertised one particular style with a very specific choice of materials used in the manufacturing. It was only reason I chose to order it. But, within a day of placing the order the whole thing blew up. I contacted them via email just to ensure I was getting that of which was pictured. The answer was no. They shifted the blame on their marketing dept. Anyway, I felt like I was stuck between a rock and hard place. At this junction I requested a full refund...no dice. Apparently, no concessions will be permitted even if the mistake lies fully with company and not the customer. Btw, all returns are at the expense of the buyer. And in this particular case it was imported from China and the return was to Australia. The expense was almost as much as the original purchase. Needless to say I'm stuck with this unwanted very poor fitting jacket.
Something else that is very peculiar about this company...no phone number. I regret not doing a google search prior to make a more informed choice.
Steer clear.

I ordered sunglasses. The girl in the video had them perfect and when they arrived, I've never seen cheaper ones, bad color. Target has great glasses for $20. They cost $39.99, they added $3 for protection that didn't exist, and $7 for shipping. Be careful, if you want to return them, you can't, because FedEx costs $200. That's where they base their prices.
