2 out of the 3 of the starter kit pens dried out in less than a minute. However they did issue me a refund after showing them.

This company is deceiving its customers.
Regardless of color accuracy, the usable amount in a single pen is so minimal that it can only be used once before completely stopping.
Your official videos show repeated use, which is misleading and unrealistic.
This was my second purchase. I initially thought the first pen was defective, but after experiencing the same issue again, it is clear that this is how the product is designed.
Exploiting people who are already suffering is unacceptable, and I sincerely hope this company is held accountable for its actions.

Product (kit) was delivered on time early June 2025 as promised & happen to be perfect for my skin issue. Will be re-ordering.

This company dont even deserve 1 star. I just didn't have the option to give them negative then 1 star. The worst product I have ever used. Absolutely deceiving description of the product. Do not waste your money or time. You'll be better of buying cheap markers from the dollar store.

I bought this last year to wear to clinicals.

It is nothing more than an offbrand Crayola marker. Coverage is a joke. Literally looked like a kid scribbled in my white spots.

Not to mention, I was washing my hands in the bathroom when I noticed a pinkish or reddish tint to the water. It was the Zanderm washing off.

Tried it several times and each time, I ended up removing it and wearing regular make up or nothing at all.

The shades do not match the pics on the websites. It’s very expensive and customer service is terrible. You cannot return products. They are a complete fraud. Do not waste your money.

I will never order from you guys again. Once my order arrived I wanted to exchange for a different shade because the one I got it was too dark. I’ve been trying to call them and email how can I get a refund or exchange never heard back. Very poor customer service and zero communication. Don’t recommend that product because once you buy it and if it’s a wrong color or something you will not get a refund. And it wasn’t cheap I paid $100.

I’m pretty sure I ordered neutral dark, and I received neutral deep. Does not blend very well.

Did not work. They arrived with the caps not closed. The instructions on the markers says to keep closed at all times. Decided to not use.

The caps on the tubes are not secure. As s result, they come off and the tube dries out.

I am currently living in italy and was given zero warning about a tax that the italians apply to most imports apparently - so its costing me an additional $34 in italian taxes when I receive it.

I submitted photos to their experts who colormatched me with 3 colors. I was so estatic to get my pens that I saved them for the first day of clinicals.
The pens are horrible. I could get the same effect with some magic markers or Crayola markers. Literally look like I let a kid color on me with a marker. It was so horrible that I had to wipe it off and use makeup instead.

I've tried twice more to get it to work but every result looks laughable. =(

Great product, reliable service.

Well, the product is great but sincerely is expensive, I would like to use every day but that means to buy 2 pencils per week 50 dollar per week , 200 hundred dollar per month, is to much money.
But in general the product make up very well my vitiligo.

I was about to able connect with a representative who answered all my questions. I was able to purchase a product a needed without a problem.

The color has changed. And it doesn't match my skin anymore.

Terrible product and customer service. They sent me a product that was dried out and wouldn't work. I ask for replacement and got the same thing. They said it was ME???? Don't buy from them. As someone with vitiligo I was hopeful for something to help cover. They pray on people who are hoping for some help.
