Excellent customer care
I received the most amazing and prompt service when I advised the customer care team that my sculpture, when it arrived, was damaged. Within 24hrs I was told a replacement had been despatched. Thank you Leslie!!

Delivery was quick and easy
Delivery was quick and easy. We had some issue putting the chair together, but a quick chat with Mike from their customer service team, we were able to get it all sorted very easily and quickly!
Will definitely consider Zanui for future purchases.

Great products, great customer service

One item never arrived and despite the courier claiming to have delivered it, zanui were brilliant in offering me a replacement or refund. They kept me well informed throughout the whole process.
11/10 will use zanui again

I needed to return a large heavy product and dealt with Carla regarding the process and refund. She was incredibly efficient, proactive and helpful. The refund was processed the day after the product was collected and Carla notified me. I had made a mental note to follow up however was delighted to receive an email and not have to. How refreshing. Great customer service.

Boston Wooden 3 Drawer Bedside Table
I bought 2 of these bedsides recently. I was disappointed with the quality for the money I paid. It looks average and the drawers aren't very smooth to slide in/out, and dont even shut properly making the drawers stick out a little bit which is very annoying. They are also very heavy (approx. 30kgs each) which is not mentioned in the description but would have been good to know as our bedroom is upstairs. The delivery was the worst part - the guys from Hunter delivery left the 2 heavy bedsides outside our gate, pretty much on the street. Given I paid $125 for delivery this is extremely poor and inconsiderate service. If I had a choice I wouldnt pay ~$700 for these bedsides.

Hi my recent experience with Zanui has been amazing very accomodating to all my questions that were asked of them and there products online which know has made my choice of a bed frame and mattress to go along with the bed frame has finally come to together after shopping around and asking the same questions to other online furniture stores and not getting the answers needed but like I said finally with the help of one particular customer service representative Caroline has made my life easier by providing the answers need and can’t thank her enough in that department of Zanui so once again thank you for your time and help Caroline much appreciated.

Great customer service!
I recently purchased a few small items that were shipped separately. One item was delivered quite quickly and the others were not. It was a little hard to track the products however I received an email to check if I had received the items and when I had not Leslie and her team looked into it and organised options to replace or refund the items. I chose the replacement and these items were delivered within a few days and were beautiful. I appreciated the customer service and follow up in what was an unlucky situation.

Have been wanting to place an order for…
Have been wanting to place an order for over a week now and still unable to as their payment system is not working. It also meant I have missed out on the discount offer. Promised that this would be fixed urgently. Still waiting a week later. Very unfortunate as they do have a great range of furniture. Had no option but to buy elsewhere.

Return of damaged goods
I purchased a clock through Zanui and on arrival it was damaged. I messaged the customer service team in regards to a return and corresponded with Carla. The item was refunded the same day and would love to say that the returns experience was so quick and pleasant and I would definately return to purchase another item from this store.
