Very sketchy company. Will never order from them again. Have placed an order on December 24, 2024. We are now January 13, 2025 with nothing in hand. I have contacted them several times to ask about when my order will be shipped by email at first where they always replied by the generic “I've notified our shipping team about the delay. We'll follow up with you as soon as we hear back from them”. I’ve tried calling them as well; no one is answering the phone, ever. You can leave a voicemail, which I have done but no one called me back. Today I asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded. They say it was shipped and gave me a tracking number. It says it has shipped on January 7, 2025 but has not moved since. There is a Clearance Statements at the bottom that “Clearance Statements

euh why ? Aren’t you a Canadian company located in Canada ? Why is my order crossing the border ? Seems like it’s a drop ship company that is located God knows where. Really really not happy with my experience with Zecoya and will not recommend it to anyone.

I order a product for hair loss from this website 2 months ago. I tried to call last month no answer and when someone finally answered he said they made a label but purlator didn’t pick up yet now it’s been two months and still nothing. And I got no response via email nor phone call. And it was not a cheap product. I needed it for postpartum hair loss now I already lost so much hair and this issue is stressing me out and causing more hair loss. At this point I just want my money back.

The courier delivered my order from zecoya.com to another house. He didn't deliver it to my house. Thereupon, the cargo company investigated the issue and created a file for me to refund my money, but zecoya.com does not respond to me, they are fraudsters, give me my rights, I want my rights.

So I am very confused as I made an order and I have just noticed the reviews from this website, and it’s looking like this could be a scam website i ordered from. I order on my minoxidil on January 2nd and have not received anything, it still says ready to ship. Also it says it does not provide tracking number, is this common for this website. I was thinking this website would be my go to now for hair products but now I am freaked out that I won’t even get my order. Wat am I suppose to do?

Update: so I eventually got my product like almost 3 weeks later. The problem is they provide no tracking so I had no clue if I was getting scammed or not. I emailed them and they answered right away that I should eventually get it but provided no timeline. Atleast they responded which I appreciate it They called right when they were delivering the package so I at-least I knew to get the package.

Placed an order on 7Dec2024. Haven’t received any items on 31Dec2024. The customer services department is not solving issue just ask you to wait and be patient. Really bad shopping experience.

I have had my last two subscription deliveries cancelled as they did not have the product. In the meantime my sister has been receiving hers. Nobody has responded to my concerns. Highly discourage buying from this vendor.

Ordered Zymox for my dog on sale for $29.95 found a 10% off coupon and it said 2-4 days delivery. I was hesitant in ordering because of the bad reviews. I ordered it last night Dec 22 and I have it now Dec 23rd. I do live in Toronto so that helps but I have absolutely nothing bad to say. All good. I’ll use them again with zero fear

I placed an order with Zecoya over a month ago and have yet to receive it. I have emailed them dozens of times now to receive updates and/or to ask for a refund and I receive a useless response every time. If Zecoya does not rectify this, it is fraud. I will continue posting negative reviews about this company until they reimburse me.

Ordered over 3 weeks ago and never got anything and order never shipped. I emailed customer support and called and left messages multiple times and nothing. They charged my credit card as well. Very unhappy. How do you run a business when customers can't contact you when there's a problem?

An update on my order which i previously said that they never mailed me. In fact the responsible person called me after reading my review to explain me the reason of the delay which i appreciated a lot and he made all his possible for me to get my product. I thank him a lot and aprreciate his effort.

Order never shipped.Emailed several times and called also..no response. Please stay away from this website. It is a scam it takes money from innocent people and never ship the products. I regret not having read the reviews b4 ordering from them. There should b a law for such scammers. Guess many people have fallen in their traps.😡

Des voleurs! J'ai acheté deux fois avec eux. La première fois, pas de problème. Deuxième fois, je me suis faite voler par eux. Je n'ai jamais reçu les articles pour lesquels j'ai été facturé. Malgré mes nombreux courriels, je n'ai jamais eu de remboursement. Cette compagnie devrait être bannie.

This company is a joke. Scam artists as far as I'm concerned. It's funny you guys will reply to people complaining about your horrible service on trust pilot but do absolutely NOTHING to rectify a reasonable solution to YOUR guys mistakes and errors. I actually now believe they are not mistakes and errors and they are intentional. Your customer service team is an absolute joke and don't reply to emails, hoping people will forget about how you just blatantly robbed them of there orders that either don't get sent or sent out with missing items which are paid for. Don't you think you guys would make more money giving people what they actually paid for and building a solid customer base? Or are you guys that hurtin that you need to rip people off on their orders? Either way you guys are pathetic and should be asamed of yourselfs for running a website the way you do.

Was really surprised by the results. I would recommend zecoya.

My order said delivered and I can’t find it anywhere. I don’t know what to do. I checked everywhere. Someone needs to help me.

Edit: I did email you multiple times and checked everywhere. You guys keep telling me the same thing over and over.
No one responded to my email for days, this is ridiculous

I ordered a few times. Usually no issue. However, my last order was never shipped and I never received an answer from customer service. They still billed my card. I had to contact my bank to try and reverse the charge...

The merchant I usually buy a product from no longer carries it. I found Zecoya as the only "local" seller so I purchased a 6-month subscription for it. In that time I stopped using the product, and there was no obvious way to cancel the subscription on the website. There was also no email notice that my card would soon be charged for the next subscription, until after the next order was placed and my card charged. I emailed as soon as I saw the bank statement requesting cancellation. The Customers care person, Paolo, replied saying my subscription was cancelled and I would receive a refund in 3-5 business days. It's been almost a month, no refund and my order status for the order still says "confirmed". I followed up requesting my refund again and Paolo informed me the shipment was delayed and asked if I still wanted from receive the product when they restock - in the same email thread that he had previously said this exact order had been refunded and subscription cancelled.

At this point, even if I never receive my money back for this order I do not need and am not going to receive - I will not be purchasing from them again. This is not a trustworthy operation. A friend has asked me about the product I am trying to cancel the order for, and has asked me where it can be purchased. I have advised him not to order anything from this company, and will continue to advise people I know not to buy from them.

They either need to hire more staff and train them properly, or find a better way to earn their living.

They are fraudsters, thieves and liars!!!
