WITH GETTING MY MONEY BACK FROM ZEEK VIA THE HELP THAT THE MARTIN LEWIS WEBSITE PUT UP!!!!

I want to spend abit of my time and tell others, let them know (as I’ve just had the refund through now) and wanting to help people get the best result like I have with getting your money back from the thieves at zeek.
I’ve added the link below from the Martin Lewis website, so you can try and get your money back if you used a visa debit, credit card etc

I was completely new to the chargeback system from the bank and knew nothing about it. It allows you to try and get your money back from dodgy companies like zeek.
The bank will talk you through it all and tell you all you need to do and send you a form you have 14 days to fill in. You have to tell them all that has happened and all the payments you made to zeek via your bank cards etc. They will find the transitions on your bank accounts and add them to the claim form you have to fill in. They ask you a lot of questions and you have to provide as much evidence as possible. Eg you write on the for what has happened like no contact, deleted the websites over night, endless emails sent to them with not one reply etc and print it all off and sent it in with your form to the bank. Like everything, evidence is key to win or else visa will just throw it out I was told by the bank. It’s up to you to do the hard work and support your case as the bank won’t do that for you. They just judge the claim you sent in.
Zeek have said they’re looking for a buyer to the Martin Lewis people. It’s utter rubbish to drag out the time before they’re struck off from the companies house register. Which is happening near the end of July. So you need to rush and get your claims in ASAP to your banks, because I don’t know where you’ll stand after that time when they’re struck off. Zeek are clearly trying their upmost hardest and best to disappear and run off with people’s money and I was disgusted and outraged a company can do this. They make it super hard to get evidence of your allowances on their websites because they no longer exist. So you can only forward evidence of the transactions you made with your bank cards, but the bank will add this automatically to the form for you.
Zeek have not updated the Martin Lewis people at all after the bs said about looking for a buyer, they haven’t replied to anyone personally, they haven’t replied to either topcashback or Quidco either. They have no interest at all from all their actions in finding a buyer and no one even if they did supposedly “find a buyer” will ever trust them again.

The cashback sites can’t do nothing as I’ve asked because I had some balances I used my cashback I earned, for into zeek credit. They said just contact zeek which is useless. I’m not sure where you stand with gift cards sold either, as I didn’t do that. But that’s probably not promising to be a good outcome for either of those mentioned above. But if you used your bank cards. Please get a claim in ASAP from these thieving crooks!!!!!!!!

Even if one person manages to get there money back from my time spent writing this, it will be all worth the time writing it 🤑😀💪🏼

If anyone knows where I can post this and where it will let me include links to help others get the evidence they’ll need, then I will post it where ever to help everyone I can to hopefully get their money back from the sly zeek thieves!!!!

Shocking Company.

I purchased two gift cards on 11th January for Debenhams, one in the sum of £75 and the other £30. Thankfully I managed to use the £75 one before everything went to the dogs.

They have shut down their website, made it impossible to log in and retrieve any purchased gift cards and essentially stolen £30 right out of my hands.

I hope the director of this company's conscience keeps them up at night knowing they are essentially a thief. I dread to think how much money they have stolen from innocent consumers.

Appalling.

Absolutely shocking. I stupidly converted Quidco cash back to a zeek shop voucher which used to work fine and have used it in the past without any issues. Unfortunately, zeekshop asks the user to login every time it is accessed which is fine as long as they send the email!! I’ve tried numerous times for the email login over the last two weeks with no joy, have also emailed customer support with no response.

So all in all I cannot access my account and use the credit that I have there, very frustrating!!!

after a 2nd email to customer service my issue was resolved.
