Poor experience with Zeelo
Poor experience with Zeelo. Bizarrely can't book my child on to their usual stop due to an error on the company's part. Still not resolved after multiple phone calls & have been informed that the mislabelled stop was not incorrect, even though it clearly is & makes it impossible to use. Causing unnecessary additional stress & inconvenience when getting my daughter to college. Bus is also late again today, as it has been regularly at both pick up and drop off.

Hit and RUN!
Zeelo provides transportation on a contract for my employer. I do not use this service, however many people do. On 8/27/24 the bus that comes to our place of employment hit my truck, picked it up, dropped it at a 40 degree angel about 3" away from the car next to me. The driver saw me looking at my truck when I came out, acknowledged what he had done and then refused to wait for the police to arrive and left the scene and never returned. Today, 9/11/24, we just now received the insurance information from Zeelo after over two dozen requests from the police department, me and my employer.
