Zendbox are changing the 3PL game. Their order cut-off times are unbelievable, and their pick/pack success rate has been 100% for us in the 18 months since we moved to them.
We moved from one of the biggest and best-known e-commerce 3PLs in the UK, and Zendbox is out-performing them on every metric.

Zendbox are a first class fulfilment company. They use state of the art facilities and technology to handle our goods & process our orders; with industry leading metrics. This keeps our customers happy and maintains our gold standard promises on shipping. It reduces our customer complaint issues and buys us more time to work on other aspects of our business. Our previous provider gave us no end of issues, but since we onboarded with Zendbox, its like a dark cloud has lifted.
If you want to aim for the stars in Ecommerce you need to consider Zendbox as your go-to.

Getting a fulfilment partner can make or break you and after a dreadful time with our previous provider H**oo losing half our stock we wish we had gone with you in the first place. Alex and mark in on boarding are smooth operators and the reality is I don’t have to do much on a day to day basis apart from if the courier has issues. I have my time back and I can sleep at night knowing that my company is in safe hands. Thanks guys

Since the start in July of this year, we have had a smooth running operation, opening a lot of doors to major clients in the UK. Even during the uncertain times we are currently in, the service has been professional, quick and flexible to meet our ever changing needs.

Don’t know where to start but if carlsberg made a fulfilment company it’s you guys. The support team are FAST and very helpful, the service is from another galaxy and the pricing is fair. The best 3pl ( 3rd company we’ve used) we couldn’t be happier and our customers are over the moon!
