I had my second visit today and I’m so grateful for how kind and reassuring everyone has been. I have extreme dental anxiety, but Dr Karan Maini and the hygienist, Kasia, made me feel genuinely safe, listened to, and never judged.
Dr Maini really goes above and beyond. He takes the time to explain everything gently, checks in throughout, and makes the whole experience feel much less overwhelming. Kasia was also especially lovely, calm, and patient, which made such a difference.
It means so much to be treated by people who understand anxiety and don’t make you feel silly for being nervous. Thank you both for helping me feel more confident about coming back. I’d highly recommend them, especially to anyone who feels anxious about dental appointments.

I cannot say enough about Keisha and rocky, they are truly amazing. I have watched them treat my partner who has a significant fear and anxiety associated with dentists, with empathy, understanding and 100% care. So much so that I moved from my dentist to Zenith , even though it's a 90 minute journey away. Latest technology, highly professional but approachable, friendly and considerate. Every member of the team has been amazing.it is only because of Keisha that my partner has had dental surgery that was required for many years, she trusts her more than she does me..lol

Zenith have the most amazing staff from the reception team to the dental assistant to the fantastic dentist. I get very anxious but I am always cared for and looked after.

Just superb from start to finish! More than a dentist. Dr Mani just has ‘that way’ about him that deeply cares not just about your teeth but also your general wellbeing and he looks out for additional health issues. He has a wonderful and caring deposition and it makes the experience actually enjoyable. A real health MOT and always lovely chit chat!

I am a nervous patient and I originally visited Dr. Maini as part of my Invisalign journey. He was incredibly gentle and empathetic; I can honestly say it was by far the best routine dental appointment I have ever had. Dr. Maini and all the staff at Zenith always do their utmost to put me at ease by answering all of my questions, whilst being incredibly friendly . I felt so reassured and comfortable - it was a whole new experience for me! So much so that I have now moved to this practice permanently, as I feel reassured and comfortable, not only in their professional capabilities but also in their manner and willingness to put me at ease. I actually never thought I would rate a dentist or practice with a five star rating but cannot recommend them enough.

I can not recommend this practice enough. Dr Karan Maine is by far the best dentist I have ever come across. He immediately put me at ease. He explained everything to me with compassion, empathy and understanding. He was incredibly thorough, precise and most importantly gentle. I have had some pretty bad experiences in my time with dentists and would always try and put off my appointments. I can't believe I am saying this but...I actually look forward to my appointments with him. The work he did on my teeth was amazing and the results far exceeded my expectations. Everything about this practice is just sheer perfection! All the staff are friendly and very welcoming. I would definitely highly recommend them. 100% 5 star review

Since developing an auto immune illness I have experienced multiple medication related skin concerns and side effects. The advise, treatments and skin care provided have been unbelievably effective and I couldn’t recommend Zenith more.

My asd son needed a filling and he was very anxious. Dr Maini was really kind and calming. He went through everything carefully and answered lots of questions. My son wa calm throughout the procedure. As we left he said , ‘ I don’t know what I was worried about!’
