Stay away shit service across tne board.

Saturday 9.30 hr and.half and none is answering live.chat

After 3 emails telling them I had cancelled at start up (as I realised I don't have esim), they ignored my emails and took a monthly payment out and charged me a fee on top of. I tried their chat a few times as well, and each time got told they were busy and to try again later. I've had to block my card so they couldn't keep charging me for a service I've never used. Appalling company..steer clear of these Muppets.

Never ever use this company. Worst customer service ever! Had nothing but issues.

Good prices however terrible service can only use live chat which is only helpful 50% of the time or email which I have never got a reply to despite waiting days. Also tries to charge you more than your plan and if you don't pay will disable your number then left with terrible support. Great place if you run into no problems but your almost certain to run into a problem.

Was skeptical with the reviews at first but so far so good. Had a problem with sign up to there mobile that was mostly my own fault but took the chat support only 2 minutes to fix my sign up details, remove additional sign ups and refund all extra charges, with funds arriving back in my bank only 1-2 days later.

Over a long phone call I'll take that type of chat support any day. Took me longer to type out the message than it took them to respond and fix the issues will 100% recommend

If you are considering using Zeronet, I wouldn't bother, they overcharged me for 2 years, supplied broadband but charged for hyperfibre. I was told it was being looked at by a team leader on chat and should expect an outcome within 24 hours. I have emailed almost daily for an update of some sort, but no replies to my emails, no action and no updates in a week. Just ghosted me. I've canceled my subscription and would not recommend them, over priced, zero customer care.

Company left us without internet for 3 days. No effort made to try and rectify the problem. Can't ring them only go in infuriating circles with their live chat. We had mobiles with them too. Cancelled both of them and they continued to charge for a mobile plan we weren't using for months. So many issues.

Scammy and dodgy! Please steer clear! Had an absolute nightmare with trying to cancel my plan with them, support staff would not message for hours and leaving me on chat for hours at a time. Then they tried to charge me even after my plan was promised to be cancelled! Terrible company trying to scam you for your hard earned dollars
