This is perhaps the most disorganized operation for this type of service that exists. Go elsewhere for your lobbies. They want you to purchase their services through their website because that way there is no recourse or purchase protection for you when you inevitably request a refund after waiting weeks to get something you already paid for. Using the excuse that the game is new is not good enough when you still allow people to pay for your service and are dishonest about how long it will actually take to deliver. I spent a large sum of money and still have not received the service that I paid for a week after purchase. There are individually good hosts that may work with you but they are so inconsistent that it makes it impossible to justify. These are amateurs at best and scam artists at worst. There are many reviews absolutely glazing the service, but they are not a legitimate reflection of this group of individuals.

I paid for 4 services only was allowed to do 1 lobby 1 of the host was rude to me, and kicked me as I showed him proof I had 3 more services after waiting a whole week.

Good service the wait time is long but it is worth it

Asked for my money back and all's they told me to do was to buy a queue skip for $50!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Honestly great host have been keeping people posted on what’s happening if there’s a delay and why it happened and they have been working them selves non stop going for over 24 hours straight hosting to bring us the best experience we could have Lobbies are great can easily get 100+ kills

Will it be in a timely manner? Most likely not while the game is new and everyone wants these lobbies. They are doing their best, but honestly, you better be have max patience with this service, otherwise it ain’t worth it.
