Poor communication throughout
Poor communication throughout. When booking the service, the telephone operator was surly and gave off the impression that they didn't actually want to carry out the services to my gas fire, despite it being a service they advertised on their website. I put this down to a rouge operator and didn't think much more of it.
Ahead of the engineers visit, there was zero communication about the time I should expect them, so having made a call to ask for confirmation, was told that I could expect them between 9am & 5pm! Very helpful!
It was a different operator this time, but again, the operator was surly and acted as though he couldn't care less. At this point I decided to cancel the booked visit.
What makes this worse, is that I had already waited 6 weeks for the appointment!
There seem to be a culture problem at this company and I would not recommend them at all.
