Zil Bank customer service is amazing! I recently opened an account with Zil banking and their representatives were extremely helpful in explaining how to use and make transactions through this site. Every time I've rung customer service they've been helpful and solved any issue. This is an easy account to manage online and I'll be staying with this bank. I was very impressed with their customers service team and would recommend this bank for anybody who is looking for a company who has your back and best interest at heart. Thank you!

Zil Bank is everything a bank should be. It is professional, kind and local. Everyone there is so welcoming and they really make you feel like an important person. I don’t get that personal touch when banking with other banks. I appreciate all the staff and look forward to many years of banking with. Also i love their website very formal yet it attracts the clients well done web developers!

They are professional
They are professional, kind, and local. Everyone there is so welcoming and they really make you feel like an important person I opened up an account, transferred money, and took care of my finances with just a few mouse clicks. The website had a strong security system in place that kept my personal information protected.
