Sorry about this Pete, sometimes there is more frozen stock in a frozen case and the frozen case may not be visible on the website. When the individual pieces from the prior case become zero, for example when someone purchases the last 4 the stock management system opens the new case. The system is currently showing more than 30 pieces in stock at the moment thanks. We do not always have extra cases of stock but you can reach out to us on the web chat to check if the individual quantities are less than you would like.

My first time buying here
My first time buying here, I’m British but have had all my Adult life learning and cooking restaurant, take away, and home style Oriental dishes, I’m 65 now and started at 19, I normally buy from either popping to Nottingham City to buy from the Asian/Chinese supermarkets or as of the past four years I buy online. I will be honest and say my reason for trying here at Zing Asia is because they had in stock an item that can be tricky to source, it’s a crucial ingredient for restaurant quality salt and Chilli recipes, I added on a few more sundries but it was still only a small order and they treat it as if it was an £100 order, excellent communication, speedy delivery and well packaged. Trust me I will be back. If I could make a few suggestion for improvement, I have noted that you give on occasions a description of what a product is used for or what meals can be made from it. I personally have a reasonable knowledge of products but if you want to help the more adventurous British person to delve in or try something new. May I suggest you concentrate on improving that, and even recipe suggestions, that costs you only your time not money.
Also I would have added more items to my order if the price for postage didn’t jump up in such large increments. Orders of say, up to 200-500-1000gm then say 5-10-15-20kg and the keenest price for adding frozen or fresh would help. Just a suggestion. X
And Thankyou Ian for getting back to me. I appreciate and fully understand your position on this. I’m a canny home cook but no business man. lol running a concern in such a climate as we live in would totally overwhelm me. My suggestions bare no criticism at all. As i said i will buy again.Dave

Thank you for your awesome review David, we do try to add more descriptive text on new listings but don't often find the time to go back and improve some of the older product listings unfortunately. Also we have looked at a recipe suggestions with an add to basket ingredients module but I am sorry to say also not had the time to set that up either sorry, maybe in the future I will try to get that live. Very sorry how the price jumps but it does tend to follow the packed weight of items you add to your cart so the heavier the item the more it is likely to jump but we do have around 19-20 weight steps https://www.zing-asia.co.uk/content/1-delivery-returns-and-refunds. Sorry as all our online prices match our in store prices we need to add on the cost of gel ice packs and insulation to frozen and fresh items but we aim to only cover costs incurred and do not charge anything to cover packing and picking labour. The shipping charge is also subsidised, the charge we make is usually less than the cost we incur from Royal Mail and DPD. Many thanks, Kind regards, Ian

Very easy to place an order with fast delivery. Everything was frozen nicely upon arrival.
They even give you an option to leave a message indicating if you're ok with substitutes or short shelf life products which is really nice.
They had everything i needed in stock. Honestly an all round great service.

Really like the shoppping cart use by dates, wow!
I used Zing Asia for the 1st time a few weeks ago and was really impressed with their service. A real highlight is the sellby/useby dates on the website as i have had a few very short dated orders sent to me from other suppliers of similar food and not much sympathy when i complained about it.
