US citizen purchased and received what ordered
I live in the US. I was referred to your site by a friend who lives in England. Your website is very informative. I had questions when I was ordering and my questions were answered both by emails and phone. I had a little trouble paying for order but that also was answered. I ordered on July 8th and received on August 5th. The package is traceable. When three weeks had gone by, I did contact Ziverdo and they asked me to be patient. I was and it arrived just as I ordered. I will order again.

I was a bit worried I was just sending money into the void, but their friendly team kept me updated and my order arrived from India to NYC in about three weeks (it spent over a week in NYC's notoriously slow customs). :)
