AVOID THEM
I ordered one item from Zlatna.eu and it arrived crumpled into a ball and shoved into a plastic bag — absolutely not how you expect a new product to be delivered.
Unfortunately, the size didn’t fit, so I tried to return it. I called their number multiple times, and while no one initially picked up, I did receive a call back. I was told I could return the item and given return instructions. I followed them exactly and sent it back the very next day with a courier.
Here’s where things went completely wrong:
The return package sat in the courier’s office for 7 days.
The courier tried to reach Zlatna.eu 4 times — no response.
I also called several times again — no answer.
I sent a message and was told the package would be picked up on Saturday.
Surprise, surprise — on Monday, the package was still there.
I messaged them again via Viber and was once again promised it would be collected by the end of the day.
I even asked the courier not to send it back to me yet, trusting their promise.
They never collected it.
Now I’m stuck — no refund, no returned item, and I’ve been denied my legal right to return a product within the designated period.
This was a completely unprofessional experience, full of broken promises, ignored communication, and zero accountability. I highly recommend avoiding Zlatna.eu.
