I had a very bad experience with ZOOEMO. They appear to use product images taken from original sellers, but what they actually ship is low-quality and misleading. It feels like this is done intentionally to make the refund process more confusing and difficult.

I reported the transaction to my bank and requested a chargeback, which was successfully processed. If anyone else has had a similar experience, I strongly recommend contacting your bank immediately to try and recover your money.

Scam company - Avoid!!!!!!!!

This is a scam. Unfortunately I didn’t research the reviews before my purchase! As per all other reviews, the product supplied is entirely different to what is advertised. You will not receive what you thought you had ordered. Instead you will receive a completely worthless make-it-yourself balsa wood kit for something completely different, that personally I wouldn’t pay $1 for. This website should be shut down and the seller should be investigated for fraud.

You won’t get what you ordered

Ordered 2 of the little octopus closing lid toys. Was shipped about 50 cents worth of utter rubbish that needs to be assembled and doesn’t even look like what was purchased. Paid over 100 AUD and this on line store should be avoided. They misrepresent and don’t deliver what was ordered.

Didn’t even get the product I bought for $50 got a literal piece of crap toy called useless box maybe worth $1

Absolute Scam operation
you wind up getting sent out a pile of crap in an envelope that you have to build yourself. and it has no relationship to what you ordered.

Bait and switch!
Paid $49 for a Treasure Guardian Octopus.
Instead you receive a cheap $3 balsa wood kit from China that you have to build.

I wish I would have researched before purchasing. A site that has Apple Pay I generally feel is legit, but I guess not.

Echoing others experiences, bought one thing and got something way different than ordered. Reached out to the “email” address on cc and of their contact link and no response for weeks.

Next I’m reaching out to the bank and FTC
