I wanted to love these shoes, but they didn’t meet my expectations. The strappy sandals that were shown in the video seemed a lot more substantial. The “elastic”straps were flimsy fabric that I had to work into shape just to get them attached to the Velcro base. The toe strap assembly is so large that when I finally got it to fit across my toes, the end of the strap was sticking out over the side. The back gapes on both sides.
The 30-day guarantee is worthless to me. The trouble and expense to send them back to China is not worth it to me. I’ll probably donate them to women’s charity shop. Lesson learned: Stick to Amazon.

Received shoes which doesn't match with what they described on their website and wrong size. I have been trying and still trying to return and get refund but they keep trying to sell with offering discount coupons and 5% refund if I keep the item. It's been going on for a week to emailing back and force. The return cost is not free and the return address is to China. They don't want to take any loss from their misconduct.

If no stars was available, I would check that. The shoes are not orthopedically designed unless you have flat feet. Wooden boards would describe the shoes. They must be returned to China at buyer’s expense with many hoops to jump through & they will probably never admit to receiving the return. They offer a 20% refund for you to keep them. It’s obvious they don’t write English well (I guess they don’t use AI). Never, never buy from them.

Zoolaia's website claims it has a 30-day refund guarantee. They do not tell you that they don't honor it. The best they will do is offer you up to a 35% discount on your next purchase. They also do not tell the customer that they will need to return their items to China at the customer's expense even though the item was shipped to the customer from Los Angeles
