Great for small businesses
Had my store with them a while now, easy to use and i love the amount of variations you can have on each listing for the price. They reply pretty quickly to support requests too.

BEING BILLED 24 MONTHS AFTER MY SITE HAS DISAPPEARED
I cancelled my store with ZP two years ago and still, twice in a row now I have been Bille the annual fees due to them not cancelling the subscription, although my store is non existent. No emails being replied to, texts or phone calls replied to. I'm now going to have to raise an issue with the bank due to a complete absence of customer support.

3-4 months in with my Website and I am very impressed with ZPeCommerce
1st: Easy website builder to use.
2nd: Cost of package plus good support.
3rd: Easy navigation in dashboard.
4th: Getting online fast.
My only criticism would be the lack of a user forum for all the site owners, with tips and fixes for the newbies etc, with ZP overseeing things I am sure it would ease up all the emails they get.
I am now getting hundreds of hits through Google, Pinterest etc and looking forward to the sales rolling in soon.

Would gladly give six stars if it was an option !!!
Whilst I have some knowledge of setting up e-commerce websites, I have to say that the ZPeCommerce platform is easy to use, and, the templates and list of functions and customisations are what you would expect from an online store costing much much more.
Yes, there is no 24/7 telephone support, but the speed of the response to support queries during office hours is in my experience, fast, and within a few hours.
I also like the idea that the platform is managed and hosted here, and I am supporting a small UK business.
Did I mention the cost?

We are very sad to read this, we can still offer you some guidance with your store if you get in touch with us, the last thing we want is an unhappy customer & a poor review.
Unfortunately due to us being a small family business we have been closed over the Christmas & New Year period. We aim to reply to queries within a timely manner however on this occasion we could not respond to rectify the issues for you as it was new years day & we were closed. We try to keep our prices low to reflect that we cannot offer 24-7 online support. Also we try to communicate to customers of any holidays, training & opening hours through our news page -https://www.zpecommerce.uk/ecommerce-news & on our social media pages.
Saying that we have been jumping in and out of support requests throughout the holidays when we can, to offer a little support to our customers. Thank you for bringing this to our attention though as all feedback is important to us.

No other service provides the functionality for the price
I am giving 5 star because I am not aware of any e-commerce package that gives you such an ad-free comprehensive off-the-shelf solution for even close to the value.
Yes some other systems offer a slicker interface which is nice, but you will pay at least 10 times the price. Or you can do it yourself with a free package but this requires a lot more time to deal with it.
Yes they are small business and don't have a 24hr call centre, but we are in the same situation.

A few teething problems but now incredibly happy!
We needed a few things tweaking and changing on our website due to it being quite specific. If we would have parked this website with any other supplier this would haven taken ages to get resolved. I'd like to take this opportunity to say thank you to ZP eCommerce.

I have been with ZPeCommerce for 2…
I have been with ZPeCommerce for 2 years now and can't honestly see any reason to move. Software is easy to use and on the occasions I got stuck (usually my fault) the help is quick and friendly.
The price is right for anyone starting out in ecommerce and the quality of service is excellent and that's something you can't buy.
I hope to have another store open using ZPeCommerce very soon.

Congratulations!!!
I have in the past used other e-commerce platforms and have found them to be expensive, not very easy to use or setup and a support team that takes ages to reply to your query.
Having been with zp-ecommerce for some three months and have found my site easy to set up and having had a few quarries the support has been fantastic with a reply within a very short time.
I am slowly building a site to sit along my e-bay shop and require a high number of products to be listed. Many other platforms start to charge high subscriptions once your number of products go into the thousands but not zp-ecommerce.
With a low subscription, unlimited product listings and excellent support, what more could you want?

Great technical support team
Very easy to use step by step platform. Very reliable customer service as well. They respond very much on time and are always willing to assist with any difficulty. I have used this site for over one year now and will strongly recommend them. It is also good to know they are cheap as well.

Amazing features, price, ease of use and customer service.
I have been with ZPeCommerce now for about 3 months. It might not seem long, but I have used 2 other well known website providers previously for about 18 months. And I have to say that ZPeCommerce beats them hands down on price, features, ease of use and customer service. But the biggest thing for me, is how polished and easy the experience is for my customer. Which is of course the point :). Thank you guys. Fab Company, Friendly Staff, Easy To Use Platform
Fab company, support is amazing, always prompt and very helpful, always have been for me personally, always help me out if I want to try out something new with the website.
This is actually my 2nd website with them, I have been with ZP for many years and just split my business in two and opened my second website with them.
I did try a few years back a big well-known provider, the price was really high and the software was very limited and half the features. I only stayed with them for 2 months and returned back to ZP. I have seen so many vast improvements over the years.
I always recommend them, I have created several friends websites for them and they have had no issues either.
Really a good company, easy to use. You really are getting value for money. These guys work hard to bring a really great platform.
