Their service is excellent. I like that they are directly connected to the cacao farmers in their home country of Venezuela.

We work with multiple carriers and always choose the best available option for each area based on reliability and delivery times. That said, we have also received complaints from different carriers, including UPS and FedEx. Unfortunately, delivery handling and pickup requirements are not something we can control 100%.
