Zuma Payroll & Processing Bewertungen

I have been with several payroll companies, and I was always disappointed with the level of service they provided for the price I was paying. Zuma has been a pleasure to deal with. I get the answers I need very quickly, which is what I need as a business owner. I would highly recommend them.

I really love this payroll company. My account rep Sophia is the absolute best... she's always there to help me with her expertise and wonderful personality! I also love the fact that I can implement my payroll on line myself, I don't really have time to sit on the phone and go over each employee every week. All in all, this is the best company I have worked with, I would highly recommend them!

WE SWITCHED TO ZUMA PAYROLL PROCESSING APPROXIMATELY 1 YEAR AGO. THE TRANSITION FROM OUR PREVIOUS PROVIDER HAS BEEN SEAMLESS. WE RECEIVE OUR WEEKLY PAYROLL IN A TIMELY FASHION. THE FEW CALLS I HAD TO MAKE DUE TO CHANGES WE REQUIRED WAS HANDLED EXPEDITIOUSLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ZUMA. ALISA McMAHON IS OUR CONTACT AND IS ALWAYS PLEASANT. I APPRECIATE ALISA AND ZUMA SHOULD ALSO, AS THERE AREN'T TOO MANY PEOPLE THAT CARE TO DO THEIR JOBS LIKE SHE DOES.

Love Lisa McMahon and the attentiveness of the company. They are always looking to be on top of current events for their employers with federal and state mandates.

I can not say enough great things about Zuma. As a very busy business owner, I am confident that Zuma is on the ball from changes of labor laws to knowing all questions that come up with all the changes. Helping with audits and getting all that is needed in a timely matter. My processor is amazing friendly and educated. Great Company and I do and will continue to highly recommend. Thank you for your services.

I have used ADP since the late 90s and was happy with them. We continued with them when we started our businesses. As we grew, we knew we needed more customization and personalization. We needed to streamline and get the attention we need at the most cost effective solution. Then arrives ZUMA and we can't ask for a better partner. We get one-on-one with Alisa, who is simple the BEST payroll manager ever. She makes payroll so easy for us. We have already recommended Zuma to our colleagues and franchisees.
Thank you Alisa and thank you Zuma!

I would recommend them highly. They have someone assigned to your account that genuinely cares about quality. After all, that's the bottom line.

Alisa is great! Always available to help me and/or answer my questions.

Excellent service from Alicia McMahon and the entire compnay

Alisa is extremely professional handles every request quickly and accurately. From the first employee until now I have entrusted in them knowing they were handling all my payroll the way it needs to be handled. I deal with many representatives from insurance companies and vendors all the time and none of them are as professional as my payroll rep Alisa McMahon. She treats every situation with importance and she can be trusted to do it accurate every time. Zuma payroll is the best payroll company I have used to date. They really understand all businesses and it shows in there service.

Excellent service always!
Alisa McMahon is a pleasure to work with. Extremely helpful with whatever we need.

Zuma has been great in transitioning our company from one payroll method to another, the one-to-one specialist has been great to work with.

I have worked with a few payroll companies. Zuma payroll has been an amazing experience. The person who handles our payroll is very accommodating and helpful. From the beginning she has explained everything in full, and has helped me along the way. I would highly recommend her and the company.

Since we switched over to Zuma, I have nothing to say but great things. They did everything they promised. Whenever I have a problem Alisa is always there to help guide me thru it. We were tired of calling 800 numbers in other payroll companies and talking to people who we didn't know us or our company. They are an awesome payroll company to work with. Would highly recommend them to everyone.

Alisa has gone above and beyond for our company. She answers every phone call and email quickly, and is happy to help us with even the smallest things. In one instance we had no access to a fax machine or email and we were able to submit our payroll information over the phone - it took some time, and Alisa was very patient and helpful. We would recommend Zuma payroll to anyone.

I have been dealing with Alisa for about 5 years now and I have had nothing but an awesome experience. She always makes immediate time for me if I have an issue, which isn't often because Zuma has a very simple program to work with. My payroll is processed and delivered every week without a hitch. I can trust and depend on Alisa to make sure everything is done correctly. I have worked with Paychex and ADP and there is no comparison to how simple and easy Zuma makes everything. Thanks again to a great company!

Larry Horner recruited my company and was very informative about the benefits this payroll service has. I was nervous about incorporating workers compensation, but he worked it out that I pay minimal payments throughout the year instead of paying a lump sum.

Alisa McMohan is my representative and she has done such a fantastic job with processing my payroll biweekly and is always on top of things. I feel like I can rest easy with a conpetant representative to process my payroll. She is always friendly and on top of things. I appreciate that she helps the flow of my business in such a positive way.

I am extremely happy with the service Zuma payroll provides for me and my business.
