Plus and minus points
Plus points=Speedy and efficient collection & return of item, kept informed through texts
Now fully functional
Minus points= Item simply left in porch on return despite saying signature required which was rather careless
We waited in for delivery but no attempt to ring doorbell or let us know item was there
Nothing about what was wrong with the Microsoft
