I placed an order from USA
I placed an order from USA. After some time without receiving anything I asked for tracking number. The reply was that it got lost in transit (was it ever dispatched I don’t know as I wasn’t given the information) and due to being “high risk” (again, no explanation on this one as well) they cancelled my order. I am extremely disappointed.

Really sorry to see you feel this way😪
I can see your order wasn't canceled, a full refund was sent. This was because the first order we sent out (on November 17th) went missing in transit. I can see your order was for multiple vitamins and medical products. So instead of risking sending this again (Royal Mail has been on strike here in the UK and has caused huge postal delays), a full order refund was given.
Seeing as your best interests were the motive behind sending you a refund, and being in no way out of pocket. If you could consider amending this review, we would all very much appreciate it🙏
