Ich habe schon x-mal mit dem Verkäufer geschrieben und dieser stellt sich einfach dumm. Mein Paket ist nie in Deutschland angekommen. Kann man sogar anhand der Tracking Informationen sehen.
In der App gibt es einen Button „Konflikt eröffnen“ - FUNKTIONIERT NICHT.
Alle anderen Möglichkeiten auf dieser drecks Seite um den Kundenservice zu erreichen funktionieren ebenfalls nicht.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. I can see here that the order already had an ongoing dispute. Once the dispute is opened, your seller is given 5 days to respond and sort things out with you. If the seller declines your proposal within 5 days, you can request mediation on the 6th day.
