Kein Hinweis bei Bestellungen, dass Zollgebühren anfallen

Es wird nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass Zoll Gebühren anfallen! Somit verteuert sich die Ware um 1/3! Das ist unseriös! Andere Bekleidungsshops in den UK, Gießen nach Deutschland liefern, sind in der EU registriert und damit fallen keine Zollgebühren an

Our website does state that customs fees may apply for international orders, depending on the destination country’s regulations. However, we appreciate your point and will review how we present this information to make it clearer.

Unlike some companies registered in the EU, we are currently based outside the EU, which may result in customs fees depending on your location. These fees are determined by your local authorities, and unfortunately, they are outside of our control.
