Absolutely horrendous attitude and…

Absolutely horrendous attitude and complete lack of customer service from Shelbi. I will not order from here again.

After placing a $125 order for 2 items, I received an empty poly envelope. It had torn on the side and the items had fallen out. They told me it was on ME, the customer, to file a claim with the carrier, then they’d “consider” a refund. The rep has a very snotty and passive aggressive tone to her emails…one minute refusing to help, the next wishing me happy holidays. Disgusting service.

She didn’t offer to resend the items and refused to refund or file the claim themselves as the shipper. Everyone knows you do not put the burden on the customer if you care about them - which clearly they don’t.

I am out my money and my clothes. I will be filing a dispute with my card company to get my money back. Avoid this company at all costs - they do NOT care about you.
