I bought a garden bike shed via Decathlon. I didn't think it was the best product for the purpose, so I wanted to the return it. I sent a message to Decathlon to return the product with the pictures showing that the packages were in a shape as they were delivered. Even though I sent multiple reminders to Decathon that the packages are waiting outside, they didn't pick it up. Then in the end, they told me that they are not take them back because the packages were not in "perfect" condition. The packages were not in the perfect condition when they were delivered anyways. So neither Okoru nor Decathlon are taking any responsibilities. I was there was a (-1 star) rating possible.
