She clearly explained what had been checked and what needed attention, which made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. Parts have been ordered and she has diarised to contact me, as well as log an extra task to be completed upon my return.

It’s always reassuring when customer service is this good. Sofia made the experience smooth and welcoming, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about making sure customers are looked after.
