I’ve never ordered sheet plastic before but I needed it to insulate a bathroom window. I had a call from the company to tell me that the thickness I had chosen couldn’t have screw holes, but that was fine. It fits absolutely perfectly and I’ve found a way of keeping it in place without screws. Simple. Great service.

My husband has peripheral neuropathy which affects his feet and calves. Your woolly socks have transformed his life. He wears them to bed (and he’s had no cramps since putting them on) and all day too. Not the same ones! There’s a great range of very bright colours and they wash like a dream at 30deg. Excellent buy.

I really appreciate the thoughtfulness behind this company. The fire starters are a joy to use, the kindling gets going in no time, and the round logs are surprisingly efficient in our open fire. Never again will I use other methods which now seem very old fashioned.

I bought a pack of six to share between my grandsons and the granddaughters wished they’d been given the same. It was the patterns and colours they all liked. And the fact that the homeless would benefit from my buy was appreciated.

Size does count as I discovered when the watch arrived. ON the website the Sekonda watch had what I wanted: clear dial, large numbers, viewable in the dark. I don't remember dimensions being given. It has turned out to be too big for my wrist but it isn't heavy and I think I can live with it. it's the first watch I've bought for years (and that was in a jewellers where I could see what I was buying). Perhaps House of Watches should put given an indication of size of all watch faces.

I didn't realise how, as a buyer, I was at the mercy of the printer's maker HP. 'Keep it simple' it says on the box: simple set-up, simple printing. LCD screen with buttons: unreadable! The 'press this number, press that number' complications of calling HP were impossible so I had to get remote tech support to set it up. After just one day of use, it's gone offline and I'm back where I started. 'Worry-free wireless', it says on the box. Oh no it isn't...all HP is interested in is getting me signed up to buying their 'instant ink' every month. I am not impressed.
I should, however, say that Ryman's part couldn't be faulted. The printer arrived quickly, well packaged.

I have been using Hermes for some time and they've always done what they promised re delivery. I can't fault the pick up and delivery service.
