Superb customer service from Peter…

Superb customer service from Peter Tyson - could not be faulted. I had inserted an incorrect address in the order but their customer services were brilliant and completely sorted out the situation.
The price of the Kenwood mixer was incredibly competitive and the purchase was a very positive experience. I whole heartedly recommend this retailer.

Google are the pits

Google completely wrecked my Pixel 4a phone with their update. Even 1 star is too many. They have offered me $50 as an appeasement but I have had to buy a new phone, phone case etc and $50 is not sufficient to do this. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my phone before this and it was only 3 years and 5 months old. Google are despicable.

I haven't yet forgiven Ocado for the first 5 weeks of the lockdown when as a customer of 11 year's standing I could not book a delivery.

Ocado don't even deserve 1 star

Ocado don't even deserve 1 star. I am a loyal customer of 11 years but due to the fact I 'only' have a mid week smartpass I am not a priority.
Thus far I have been trying for 15 days, yes 15 days!!!!!!!, to reserve a delivery slot. How much 'patience' do Ocado expect customers to have?
They have been too greedy in accepting new customers to the detriment of existing ones. I shall not be using Ocado when this is over as my loyalty over 11 years means nothing.
Ocado have behaved abominably and their IT systems are rubbish at the moment which for an internet based company beggars belief.
Interestingly other online companies stopped new customers and prioritised those who had shopped in the last few weeks.
I sincerely hope the new Ocado customers leave when this is over to return to their usual shops and the loyal Ocado customers who have been abandoned by Ocado move elsewhere where their loyalty is appreciated.
Ocado richly deserves all that is coming to them.

In response to Ocado's reply how much longer than my existing 15 days do I need to wait for a delivery slot????
I honestly can't think when I have ever been so badly let down by an organisation of which I have been a regular customer.
