Don’t get me wrong, communication was good and I was kept updated as to delivery.
Duly arrived by Royal Mail well packed.
On opening I discovered the contents covered in TINSEL. Everywhere.
My kitchen items, drainer/basin also covered so I immediately had to wash both items (which were brand new) in the bath. The rubberised portions of the items were particularly difficult to clean as the tinsel stuck to these parts and had to be carefully scoured off.
Needless to say the packaging was also covered as was my carpet and hands by handling same.
The items were eventually fine and I was pleased by the price, but would be hesitant to order anything again. I didn’t expect a performance to clean new goods.

Ordered online late at 2000hrs on 14/03. Order dispatched promptly. I wasn’t expecting that. When I saw that EVRI was the courier, something inside me fell on its side! Two recent experiences and two ‘missing’ packages in a row.
However everything went smoothly. Great communication from both the Braun Shop and EVRI. Delivered at 1300hrs on 15/3. Unbelievable service.
Too early to review product, but I’ve owned several Braun shavers and have been delighted, so I don’t expect this to change.

I hadn’t used musicMagpie so understandably I was unsure whether to recycle my iPad. My daughter had previous experience of selling a phone and spoke highly of the service.
I need not have worried, as well as offering my a great price plus a 10% bonus the transaction was painless. Everything was explained and the process was speedy considering the present Covid-19 climate.
The Money was paid straight into my bank account. I will definitely use musicMagpie again without hesitation.

Having never used Halfords Autocentre before I was a bit apprehensive at booking my yearly MOT at the centre.
I drive a Toyota, but never use their official dealers as in my experience they are less than truthful when assessing the 'real' condition of your vehicle.
I was also apprehensive as Halfords had discounted the MOT fee to £29.99, so it was with these things in mind I booked the car in on 06/10/16. The booking process went smoothly, the service manager was 'on the ball' and had my booking to hand. He did explain that due to a family emergency he had a staff shortage, but it shouldn't impact on me too much.
True to his word over an hour the car was ready with only the windscreen wipers needing replaced, a job I honestly anticipated needed attention.
All in all a prompt painless experience and so much better than my usual Toyota dealer. Everything is relative, but due to my experience I would not hesitate to use their services again or recommend them to others based on this visit.

I purchased the above adapter for my Roland DP90SE. As expected the adapter performs wonderfully and I am obviously pleased with the item. What was NOT expected was the customer care and excellent service from Red Dog, for which was admittedly an inexpensive first purchase.
The staff were first class in not only supplying the goods quicker than I imagined, but their choice of delivery carrier was also first class and I was continually kept up to date on the delivery progress, which was 'next day' incidentally.
I think you will agree that this is probably one of the most important factors when ordering goods online. I would not hesitate in ordering from Red Dog again. This is my first experience, having been recommended by a relative. I would recommend them to you. Thanks again Red Dog, the experience was first class.
