Have had quite a few hearing tests but never one like this. Not only was the test a lot longer than others and informative but the whole appointment was very pleasant and friendly by the store manager.

Excellent visit everything explained in detail not only that the advice and information turned out to be at no cost as my documentation was in order your representative was so honest and helpful. Will definitely use you again.

Very pleased with how you arranged quotations saved a lot of me having to investigate through having to visit different Main Agents etc.

Very nice to see such fair and competitive quotations. Everything easy to understand and explained in detail.

Nice to receive updates on tariff changes particularly well in advance. Have been with Octopus for many years now think it was not long after you started a very well managed company with forward thinking and great technology.

Reasonable prices and particularly like the improved delivery time.

(1) Major insurance company.
(2) Better cover than my current company.
(3) Far more realistic costs than my renewal that had had increased significantly.

Everything was convenient and easy to use

Think delivery time after placing order has improved. But room for improvement following returns.

Have booked with Jet2 for many years now. They provide a very good and reliable service e.g. Have been traveling to Rhodes (Greece) for around 25 years, not sure how many occasions with Jet2 but if you check out their flight times for my account it reads like schedule flight times and this is the reason they can be relied on.

Excellent service was actually out of stock at the depot I went to but very helpful staff said the item was available at another local depot the representative asked if I would like her to phone and check if it was still available as there was only one in Stock I agreed she phoned and confirmed still available so I asked her to reserve it and I would collect in 20 min or so. Couldn't ask for better customer service.
