Nice helmet very good delivery

Nice helmet very good delivery. But i think it was a dark visir on the helmet like the picture. Thats bad

We appreciate you writing to us. If you want to return a product, you must follow the following steps:

Step 1: log into your account

Login to your account by entering your email and password. Go to the My Orders section, select the order, click Request a return and choose the products you want to return. Select the reason for the return correctly and print the label.

Step 2: prepare the package

Once the label is printed, prepare the package. Make sure to pack the products well to ensure that they are not damaged during transportation. Send us the product in the original box (without sticking adhesive tape, tape or adhesive labels on the original box) and with all labels, warranty sheets, manuals, CDs, etc. (If any). Finally, stick the return label on the outer package.

Step 3: send the package

Send the package to the address indicated on the return label.

Step 4: Get your refund

As soon as the package arrives and is reviewed, we will send you an email and, if the product is in perfect condition, we will confirm the refund of the amount paid. Remember that refund times may be up to 15 business days.

Remember that if you want to change the product for a different one, you will have to place a new order and pay the shipping costs again.

In the event of a warranty return, we will collect the product at our expense and send it to the brand. The waiting time depends on the management time of the brand itself. Remember that the final decision on exchange, repair or refund always depends on the brand. As soon as we receive a response, we will contact you to inform you if the warranty has been accepted and, in this case, we will inform you if the brand has decided to proceed with a refund, repair or replacement.
