Once my insurers had authorised them, Premia contacted me very quickly and arranged a mobile repairer to visit my home the next day to carry out the repair. Dan who did the repair informed me of his arrival time. He was clearly experienced and worked diligently to complete it, even though an unexpected issue arose with the paintwork. I would use Premia again for any other minor damage repairs.

Once my insurers instructed Revive they acted very quickly to contact me in multiple ways to arrange to book my repair. The communication from them and Dan who carried out the repair was excellent. Dan did a fantastic job and overcame a few challenges that came up once the repair had begun. He was very experienced and thorough and I felt my car was in good hands from the start.

The bus broke down on the way to London.
On a postive note, a replacement bus got us to the venue just in time for the start of the concert. The drivers were courteous and the hotel was very good.
On the other hand we waited 4 hours for the replacement bus at Peterborough services.
I had to cancel the reserved restaurant table I had booked and forfeited the £60 deposit. Tried to claim compensation but told no because it was booked outside of JustGo holidays, which is ridiculous because the breakdown is their fault. Not even an offer of an ex-gratia payment. In their terms and conditions, breakdown is an exclusion so wonder how often that happens. Also only offer food/drink payments if delay is 6 hours or more. Will not use again.

Roman blind cassette kit. Ordering was easy and I especially liked the indepth fitting guides that were available. Delivery was very quick and I was kept well informed of progress. The quality of the cassette is very good. I haven't had it fitted yet as it needs cutting to size so waiting for help before I tackle that. Ordered pillows and mattress protector on Monday morning using normal delivery and they were received on Tuesday afternoon. The medium/firm microfibre pillows are slightly larger than standard size from other suppliers. They're good quality and very supportive. Haven't tried mattress protector yet. Previous purchase of duvet protectors good quality too.

Installer arrived within 4 hour time slot chosen by me. He also phoned to say he was 10 minutes away. Plenty of texts from EDF beforehand as reminders and preparing for access. Gas and electricity off separately for around 20 minutes and installer checked all was working normally before leaving. He was pleasant and professional. Overall took 2 hours.
