Absolutely abominable service. Even one star is too generous for these clowns. Every time they say they are delivering something to me it’s always delayed, and then they say they can’t find me. It’s been 4 attempts now to deliver a simple parcel, and I’ve still not received it. That is despite them sending me a text and email each day to say it’s out for delivery within some ridiculous 12 hour time slot. Thankfully the items are not that perishable. We recently had a similar experience with the same clowns trying to deliver a meat delivery, which should have been delivered within 48 hours. It was actually delivered after 120 hours. These jokers are putting British businesses out of pocket for their failings. Definitely avoid using them.
