I called today WPA Customer Service with the request for sorting out my issue and had a great pleasure to speak with Kate.
Kate went above and beyond with her Service.
She sorted out my issue in the best way I could expect and with the best result.
She was extremely polite and patient answering all my questions.
I wish to have only this kind of experience with the Customer Service of the another companies.
This is not the first time that after a call with WPA Customer Service I am very impressed by the Service.

I have ordered few pairs of jeans from this brand. After 2 months I noticed that the stretch fabric in many parts of those jeans were damage. I send e-mails to the customer service with pictures and described this issue and I received response that it is not textile's fault rather the usage by me and in this case they can offer me 20 % of the refund. I was astonished this e-mails so tried to explain again that there were not my first pairs of jeans and wore them as the other one before, etc. They ignored my e-mails. I called the customer service many times and they promised to do something with my case and until now no one replied to me.
If you want to enjoy your high-end brands' shopping please do not do it with 7 for All Mankind.
