All in all we had a great experience. Our SMEG 50’s style expresso coffee machine was delivered on time and we removed it from its packaging and assembled it. All went well except for one thing, we couldn’t locate a couple of accessories (cleaning needles). We contacted Peter Tyson Electricals and they solved the mystery in a couple of emails as these are stored underneath the accessories tray, no mention on the Smeg instruction manual of this! No biggie then. All present and correct. 🙂
PS this machine makes the best coffee ever and looks gorgeous

Stuart and his team came in and looked at the job and quickly suggested that we relocate our boiler install to the loft.. we’d already planned to have the cylinder located there, but this reduced the amount of disruption and pipe work needed substantially. It took 3 days to complete and we showed a little flexibility with the guys on timing to make their lives a little easier by completing the job on Friday rather than completing on the Thursday.

Fantastically prompt service. Super quick delivery and an excellent product. The fan cleans the air which really helps with my breathing difficulties. Also it's so quiet you forget its on!
