They suck all the way around

They suck all the way around. phones ordered over 15 days ago and been on the phone with them for over 10 times and probably 15 hours and not one person or AI can give me a straight answer. The stupid AI is a joke....

THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS

I ordered a jacket and it was too small. I asked to send it back and they agreeed, but would take a 20% restocking fee. Ok, well it has been over 2 months since I showed them the tracking number for the return and I still haven't recieved my refund. I have all the correspondence and still nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I know it is partially my fault and I should have switched stylists but 2 orders came and went and I liked nothing in the box. I asked for dresses and received none.

I am currently working on a customer…

I am currently working on a customer vehicle (body shop) and called to find out how to a post scan on the vehicle as there is something plugged into the port. Carter the customer service representative would not move forward with even looking up the customers phone number. I asked for a supervisor and he wouldn't even do that. Worst customer service ever.
Edit: I eventually hung up on Carter and called back in and found a very helpful gentleman that knew exactly what I was talking about. So I changed it from one star to 3 stars.
Intoxaloc actually called and asked me to remove my 1 star review and when I didn't they flagged it. Poor business. I said if Carter called and apologized I would. No call from Carter

It was very easy to order the template…

It was very easy to order the template kit. They also shipped it very fast. I am hoping making the pattern with the template kit will also be as easy as ordering it
