I can honesty say from start to finish…

Fantastic quick delivery

Fantastic quick delivery, less than 24 hrs and it was with me. It felt lighter than my Dyson but not as sturdy on using but half the price. It certainly does the job, suction good, easy to empty the dust tray. Overall a good second hoover for upstairs.

Had a voucher £100 as flight delayed…

Had a voucher £100 as flight delayed over 3 hrs. They told me in order to use it I would have to pay the £100 and they would refund me when code verified. For 8 weeks I phoned them, popped into store no luck. They kept saying they were waiting to hear back. Eventually I was so fed up with waiting I complained to customer service. They were useless. They said they would deal with it but 3 months now and still not got it. We spend thousands of pounds a year to a company that treats their customers like this. Poor service Tui.

Great quick service

Great quick service. Item as described. Been looking for a bread bin for ages but wanted to buy something I really liked. The black toast one looks great with my other Emma Bridgewater.

Phoned caller pleasant and helpful

Phoned caller pleasant and helpful. Hob not working so 12 days wait is a long time for engineer. Just hope there is a cancellation. The cooker is 3 years old and already had 3 problems. Expensive cooker as well.

We hired a car from the company at…

We hired a car from the company at Knock Airport (West of Ireland) in July 2024. Upon returning the vehicle the agent who carried out the inspection immediately pointed out a ‘black smudge’ above the near side wing mirror, I had checked the vehicle myself just minutes before and everything was fine. I was in shock when this ‘damage’ was pointed out, I began to rub the mark and it began to rub off, the agent became quite rude and instructed me not to continue as it would make it worse. I ended up having to pay 260 euros as it was classed as minor damage! Although I did not actually witness this I believe that the mark was actually made by the agent himself. My advise is to make sure that you remain beside the agent as they conduct their inspection. I will definitely not be using them again.

This was a replacement for one I purchased 2 months ago that had split. Just hoping this one lasts. My 3 stars is based on my experience of item previous bought. Emma Bridgewater replaced the item without fuss.
