More issues with this joke of a Casino. Lost trust due to reviews and my personal experience so asked for account closure.........4 times now i have requested my account closure and my personal information to be deleted. Th account is still active, they refuse to close..... just very suspicious avoid this site
Coms on this site are awful. Payout rate on fixed odds games are also very poor. I would avoid this site at all costs and to be honest im unsure how legitimate this site is

Very poor quality item. My own fault as i thought i was purchasing from PANDORA. The item takes an age to arrive and is absolutely rubbish. Customer service is no better be prepared for high postage costs to china if you want to return straight in the bin im afraid !

I believe this to be a scamming site. Their customer service rep called me. I called them back on the mobile number they used to contact me. Turned out they had cloned the number. Poor guy didn’t have a clue what I was talking about. This happened twice in a week
Extremely poor. I should of checked reviews before ordering. item ordered, no receipt given as ordered through paypal. This company then stated they could not help with my issue without a receipt despite me sending them evidence of the paypal transaction. Paypal eventually refunded. Facebook profile kind of tells me this company scams a lot of people. AVOID at all costs
Good range of products however delivery dates at time of purchase are not accurate so be mindful if purchasing as a gift. At time of ordering was given 7 days wait for item. 1 WEEK later and having contacted them was told that the courier will contact to arrange delivery. Explanation was given that some items take longer to get to UK. This was not passed on until after item had been purchased. Very poor

As bad as it gets Sent my partner down to get 2 tyres fitted to two loose wheels. Despite being quoted £10 earlier the same week they charged her £44. When I asked for justification they hung up. Think of that what you will. I won’t be ever using this company again.
What can i say......AVOID not sure where the positive feedback comes from but honestly.........Bought the Balboa shorts in dark blue took over two weeks to arrive, i suspect direct from China. They sent the wrong colour and they expect me to accept an exchange or i have to pay return postage....Not UK trading law. The quality of these shorts i would not want an exchange i would never wear this piece of tat in public straight in the bin.........i obviously will be avoiding this site like the plague go direct to TEMU if this is your thing and save a lot of money AVOID
Waited in all day and told nobody was home to accept delivery COMPLETE RUBBISH and guess what no calling card or proof of attempted delivery. I like others will refuse to purchase from a company that uses DHL going forward.

Be careful. Playing what is supposed to be a random generated numbers game. First person black Jack. No way. Player always busts if drawn 12 or 13. I mean every time. Dealer never busts if drawn a 2 as first card. Like never not once. Played for hours watching carefully. Nothing random about this game. I am in the process of sending my evidence to be investigated further. Closed my account of course. I like to gamble. Not be cheated.

Great start brilliant lay out and games. I find it very concerning that following a spree of reasonable big wins the game odds seem to change. Fixed gaming odds that were obviously adjusted in their favour once I was in credit. Avoid. Or hit and run as I have.

These guys are trying their hardest not to pay out my winnings. I am waiting for winnings that total over £500 this was processed on the 01/04/23. One month later and still no sign of my winnings. Customer service non existent emails are not monitored (so they say). Going through resolver to try and claim my winnings. Betway stating the need a bank statement with the card number on it. No bank statement has card number on it. Will take deposit in seconds without any reluctance but refusing to pay out.

Another experience with betway. This company is obviously reluctant to pay out winnings and are doing all they can to avoid paying me what I won Sadly being forced to take legal croon against this s of a company. Hopefully this site will be banned from reading on the uk soon.
An update in relation to previous review Betway take approx 4 days to respond to any email Betway still have over 500 of my money. It is now 20 days since I put in withdrawal request Avoid this shocking company is the only advice I can give you. Very poor customer service and try anything to avoid paying out winnings. I will go all the way with this and put in a claim for impact on my mental health. It’s my money I won’t it. Now you don’t pay out. Unable to contact. No direct email Customer service bot completely useless. Stay away from this shocking site. Come on uk crack down on scamming sites such as these.
