They closed my account with an e-mail…

They closed my account with an e-mail notification. When I answer to the email I get an automated message to use their 24/7 help chat instead (probably so they can fake the logs, which is not possible in normal email).

When I use - as suggested - their 24/7 chat they wont reply but resend their original e-mail and the infinite loop begins.

They also wont refund my money but they never provided any service in the first place.

Achtung Spam:

Nie was von denen gekauft und erhalte pro Tag 10 E-Mails

Update: After contacting customer services and trying to "unsubscribe" (never subscribed) to their spamming mails they increased their spams instead of stopping.

I already reported their domain on the whois provider for spamming and suggest everyone does the same

Haben mir mein Geld gestohlen (160€). Die Rezessionnen hier sind gefälscht und von LiteBit selbst geschrieben. Sie haben fast jeden zweiten Tag mich zugespammt und das würde in einem Jahr 180 E-Mail entsprechen, hätte ich sie nicht blockiert.
