They sent me the wrong dress

They sent me the wrong dress, which is quite annoying! The dress they did send was lovely quality, but unfortunately not what I ordered. I contacted Customer Services to let them know that I wanted a refund and shouldn't have to pay for the return, given it was their error and they've been pretty unhelpful...

Festival cancelled so please give my money back

I am still waiting on a refund for a trip that was cancelled in August. I was told a refund would take 60 days to return to my account but it’s been well over that now. I received an email saying the refund had been processed around 1 month ago and I still haven’t got the money back. It’s completely broken my trust in Pollen and I won’t be using them again I’m afraid - a real shame as we went with them for their covid cancellation policy. I just want to know what’s going on with my money, it’s hard to budget when I’m out of pocket over £200. Booking ref: PL5VSTWN.
