Your guys were great.

They didn’t get here till 6pm and left just before 9pm. Very committed.

Shame we were last appointment of the day as we had plans this evening. Otherwise I would have given you top marks.

Great servicea ll round

Great service/experience from Rohim with a quote and Phil, Pete and Stu with the installation.
Installation team were punctual, diligent, tidy, hard working and a pleasure to deal with. Would happily give them 6 out of 5 if I could.

Avoid this dealership at all costs

We purchased an approved used Evoque from Lookers Land Rover Buckinghamshire. The car was anything but, and had to be returned. Even the JLR emergency recovery was shocked.
All staff including head of business made us feel unimportant and were un empathetic and at times antagonistic.
I will not name names on here but they know who they are. I will never buy another JLR vehicle and certainly not from here.
Terrible preparation
Little empathy with customer.
Terrible communication.
Caused huge amount of unnecessary stress.
I have emails and evidence to back all this up.

Vintage Rolex ladies Datejust

Tom was very communicative and gave me piece of mind about buying the watch from him, prior to purchase.

Unfortunately, when the watch arrived it was not functioning properly. I sent the watch back over a fortnight ago (at my expense) and have just received the watch back now, and it is functioning fine. The mainspring had gone apparently.

I felt that the communication during this period was more reactive. A tad concerning given i had just spent £4K on a watch with a guy I don't know, who now had both my watch and my cash.

Overall, all seems good though.

First time we have dealt with Parker Prestige and was not disappointed. From the initial enquiry with Louis to him delivering the car to my home, nothing was too much trouble.
The car is great and would have no problem in recommending and buying from there again. Even their p/x value on my Evoque was good!

Great price but very hard work to conclude.

I was bid a great price, but then everything else was awful. At no point did anyone from Motorway manage my expectations as to what would happen next. No call backs, huge delays and felt like if I hadn't been persistent this would have gone nowhere. Two weeks before the car was eventually collected and paid out on.
Tried to complain and was blocked at every step. They refuse to give their CEO's email address out. Perhaps Motorway staff are barred from allowing him to see what his customers think of the service?
Very arrogant and pompous email from one of their customer services agents (I have his email but am barred from naming him) telling me that as my sale had now concluded, he was closing my complaint!

Cazoo MUCH better.

Hi Stephen,

Thanks for your review, we are very sorry if you felt you had a negative experience or if your original complaint was blocked.

Usually we expect buyers to make initial contact within 48 working hours from the point you confirm your offer. We then expect them to arrange a collection between 3 to 7 standard working days later so we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused by the delay you experienced. 

Your car was originally scheduled for collection on the 25th of August and as you had confirmed your offer on the 15th this would have been the 8th working day. Unfortunately, on the 25th you informed us that the third party collections provider assigned to you had contacted you directly to let you know that your collection had been cancelled due to to an unforeseen issue related to driver shortages.

As soon as you made us aware we immediately reached out to our transport team in an attempt to source you an alternative provider however, at such short notice none of our alternative providers were able to commit to a specific date. For this reason we asked the original provider to contact you once again to discuss their own availability, we also provided you with an update via email. Although you replied to this email and informed us that you required the car be picked up no later than Tuesday the 30th of August, through our intervention the original provider was able to collect your car the very next day, the 26th of August without any further issue. 

Regarding your original complaint, we are sorry if you feel this way however, we have not blocked your complaint in anyway as we have in fact provided you with a full and detailed response. We also explained why you were not provided with the CEO's direct email address in relation to this matter. As previously stated in our original response, although our CEO will most certainly take an interest in all aspects of Motorway, both the positive and negative, he is not directly involved with the complaints we receive unless they are of a specific serious nature and brought to him directly as a matter of urgency. In this instance your complaint was not deemed serious enough and was instead dealt with directly by our dedicated complaints team. 

We do of course really appreciate your feedback, but in this instance the decision close your complaint was made as all of your points within your original complaint and subsequent replies had been addressed in full, there is also nothing further we can do to alter the outcome of a completed sale.

Again we are very sorry if you were unhappy with the level of service you received, but ultimately we are happy that we were able to help you secure and offer for your car that exceeded your agreed estimated selling price. We are also happy that despite the fact your original collection was cancelled we were still able to help you secure an alternative for the very next day. 

We would like to thank you or choosing and we wish you all the best going forward.

Fantastic transaction @ cazoo in leeds

Can’t get over how easy and smooth this transaction was. I went to purely sell my car, and that’s what I did, at the price previously agreed.
